  1. The Market: The Market (or 'list') is a population segment that has a specific set of demographic characteristics. One type of market would be homeowners who have had a Notice of Default filed against them, while another might be homeowners with 3 bedroom 2 bath homes with a minimum of $50,000 in equity.

Usually this 'Call to Action' revolves around calling a phone number or visiting a web site, but make no mistake about it - the whole point of the message is to get your prospect to raise their hand and contact you.
